For a first-time user of C4E Compannion, my overall opinion is rather positive. The platform is simple and straightforward to maneuver and the music lessons are engaging. However, my only challenge was when it came to submitting an answer for an assessment, the system was very precise not leaving any room for a margin of error. Personally, I really like OMC more than other websites used for student learning. The way that the program is designed for easy use, and how you can set the test differently compared to Moodle. Plus, everything is easily accessible.

To the music text book platform was actually really helpful. Especially after completing assignments you get a check mark so you can see your progress. Also, I'm glad that I could go ahead and knock out a lot of the assignments after i was done reading the chapters instead of having to wait.

I had a great time taking the online music lessons in the OMC platform! The content is interesting and easy to understand, making it far more engaging and pleasant than normal textbooks. The quizzes and exams helped to reinforce my understanding of the content. I also enjoyed the many music examples placed throughout the platform. I appreciate how user-friendly the software is, as it has made my educational path in the course both productive and pleasant.

Using the OMC site for the music course was very interesting to say the least. I feel as though with regular textbooks we tend to get lost, and with this site it made me feel more engaged in what I was reading by providing examples and allowing me to find all the information I need with just the press of a button. The quiz set up I would say was overall okay, however having to press the “check” button after every answer became frustrating at times. Overall the listening aspect while reading would be my favorite with the site as well as being able to access my notes in one place.
